One of the Aboriginal boys gassed and tortured by guards in a Darwin youth detention centre has penned a letter of thanks to the Australian community, Four Corners and the lawyers involved in his case, for the outpouring of support he’s received.
Dylan Voller, aged 16, remains in custody in an adult jail in Darwin. He wrote a letter of thanks this afternoon, which was released by his lawyers, O’Briens Solicitors in Sydney.
Dylan expresses thanks to the people involved in highlighting his case, and also expresses remorse for the crimes that landed him in juvenile detention.
