About the Launch Speakers
Ms Susan Ryan AO is Chair of the Human Rights Act campaign and a former Commonwealth Minister and Senator.
Prof. Michael Lavarch Dean QUT Law School is a former Commonwealth Attorney General.
A/Prof. Spencer Zifcak of La Trobe University Law School led the team drafting the Human Rights Act.
A/Prof. Boni Robertson is the Director of the Gumurri Centre for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Research at Griffith University.
Ms Susan Booth is the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Commissioner.
Dr Mohamad Abdalla is the Director of the Islamic Research Unit at Griffith University.
Mr Jeff Brunne is is a founding member of and spokesperson for Just Rights Queensland.
