Loyal New Matilda Readers, We Need Guinea Pigs!

By New Matilda

March 18, 2015

At New Matilda we love our readers. We love you so much, in fact, that we’re in the process of designing a whole new ‘digital experience’ to make your visits to the New Matilda website world class and cutting edge.

Which is just a fancy way of saying we’re in the process of redesigning and rebuilding the New Matilda site, from the ground up.

Over the past few months, two of the New Matilda team (Angela Nicholson and Chris Graham) have been attending the Velvet Onion Academy. Velvet Onion is an amazing digital design agency based in Surry Hills, and they’ve taken New Matilda on as a pro bono project for their academy students.

We need a handful of engaged, excited NM readers to come along to Surry Hills is Sydney this Saturday, for some ‘testing’.

Basically, we’re looking for friendly (or even not so friendly) NM readers to sacrifice a few hours on Saturday afternoon – from 1pm to 3pm – to be asked a series of questions about your experience using New Matilda, and, more importantly, how you would LIKE to use New Matilda into the future.

You’ll be part of a small team subjected to a thorough grilling… and if that doesn’t sound like fun, we’ll sweeten the deal, with have some lovely gifts for your valuable time.

Put simply, your input will help shape the future of the New Matilda website.

If you’re interested in becoming a ‘lab rat’ for a few hours this Saturday at Surry Hills in inner-city Sydney, then please email us here, and we’ll send you more some details.

Or you can phone and register your interest on 02 8399 0171 or ring Ange direct on 0416 267 600.
